This year the markets move back to Bill Wakeham Park, from 2pm–7pm. The markets form part of our overall family, friendly atmosphere at the grounds and we are excited for this past tradition to return. There will be plenty of variety on offer, including arts and crafts, homemade goodies, produce, clothing, collectables, health products and much more.

Bring out your props, deck your floats with dazzling decorations, and unleash your creative flair because this parade promises a riot of color, sparkle, and nostalgia.
Whether you’re a local business, community group, school, or organisation, the Grand Parade is your chance to shine in our vibrant town as we celebrate six decades of festival history. Embrace the spirit of the 1960s and showcase your community pride in this iconic event.

The 2024 Festival is being held on Saturday 7th September. We are asking for volunteers to help any time between Thursday 5th September through to Sunday 8th September. Any time you can contribute will be greatly appreciated.
We also welcome any community members to join our Committee.
